terms of service

To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both the client and service provider, we'd like you to pay attention and abide by these terms, regulations and rules.

General terms & regulations

Communication will be done through one of Nekomachi Studio's official social media platforms: Discord, Twitter DM and e-mail.
Filling out commission request does not guarantee a slot.
All of our commissioned works can be used for commercial use.
All of our Vtuber models are created and designed to be used in Vtube studio software. If you use other softwares, we don't guarantee that the results will be the same as using Vtube Studio.
We do not support any kind of software related to streaming, drawing or designing, but we can provide assistance if there's any errors in the commission result files we sent to you.
All of our products are digital, but we can provide assistance regarding file settings and formats needed to publish your art in physical media (ex: books, merchandise and banners).
Any material submitted to us for the commission should have authorization for respective artists / IP owner. We do not claim responsibility for any copyright infringement committed by the client.
Nekomachi Studio has the right to change these terms and regulations at any given time without prior notice.

Payment methods

We accept these forms of payment:
Indonesia: BCA (Bank Central Asia)
International: Paypal, WISE
To protect both parties from fraud, we will always give invoice for your payment. With this in mind, we do not accept transferring through Paypal with friends & family feature.
Client needs to pay a minimum of 50% of total payment before the project starts, and immediately pay the rest when the project is completed.
We do not claim any responsibility for any errors caused by banks/platforms when doing transaction.

Raw HD image/video of your commission results
Your commission file in the forms of:
- Illustration: JPEG, PNG
- Motion & animation: GIF, MP4, MOV, animated PNG
- Emotes & badges: JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP4
- live2d: JSON, MP4
- Character design: JPEG, PNG, PSD, SVG/EPS (for vector graphics)
- Graphic design: JPEG, PNG, PSD, layered PDF
- Comics: JPEG & PNG (for storyboard & finished work), CLIP (for comics made in Clip Studio Paint), PSD
Minor revisions if necessary (extra fee for major revisions, please contact artist/administrator for details)
Any of your original IP used for commission
Request to sign NDA to protect the privacy of yourself and your commission
Use your commission for commercial use that's within legal boundaries
Request minor revisions free of charge (extra charge for major revision, please contact administrator for details)

your responsibilities

Give detailed information of your commission (with your consent), such as any images, references and/or context necessary for the creation of the commission
Send a minimum of 50% down payment before the start of the project
Complete payment at the end of the project to get the raw HD file
Maintain good & clear communication with the service provider (artist/administrator) until the end of the project

Studio's rights

Receive payment in a correct amount of the total price of commission
Request to have your commission order be featured on our social media, website and portfolio
Ask for more details / material related to the commission if needed
Add extra charges for any major revisions (please contact administrator for more information)
Request to be or not be credited when you post/publish work created by us
Have any administrator and/ or artist's privacy be respected

Studio's Responsibilities

Abide by any signed NDA or other terms regarding the privacy and secrecy of the client and project
Provide client with finished result of the commission
Abide by the commission project's given timeline and deadline that is set and agreed by both parties
Maintain swift communication with the client/client's representative
Not violate any of the client's original IP
Answer to any inquiries or messages sent by client under 3 business days until the project is completed
